Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

The file is corrupted and cannot be opened
The product is significantly different from what was described
A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge

How to Request Support

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase via Etsy messages or email. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We respond within 24 hours.

Notion Template Access

All templates are delivered as Notion template links. If you experience difficulty accessing your template, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
